Phone Banking 

First Tech Phone Banking is available 24 hours a day. The menu-driven system allows you to do things like transfer funds and check your balance from any phone. All you have to do is follow the prompts to get the information you need.

And now, Phone Banking is available in both English and Spanish. To start using the system, have your PIN (Personal Identification Number) handy and call 800.637.0852.

Please note: Listen carefully when calling Phone Banking as some of the options changed on May 2.

Basic Phone Banking Commands

Press the # or star (*) key at any time to return to a previous menu.

When you enter dollars and cents, use the Star (*) key as the decimal point. To enter $125.50, input 125*50.
