Money 2005 Update | 01.20.2005
Please note, based on early feedback from users, Microsoft released an update to Microsoft Money 2005 which addressed issues that had been reported to them. If you are experiencing any technical issues with Microsoft Money 2005, please check that you have the updates installed. You can tell if the updates are installed by selecting “About Microsoft Money” in the Money Help file. On the second line, next to the version, the last 4 digits will read “1105” if the updates have been installed. If the updates are not installed, Money should prompt you to install new updates each time you launch the program. However, you can install them manually by clicking on Internet Updates and Update Now on the Tools menu.

MSN Money Plus
Please note that MSN Money Plus / MSN 8 / MSN Bill Pay are not products of First Tech Credit Union. There is some confusion regarding the Direct Online Banking User ID and Password. This is not established with First Tech Credit Union and is not the login used to access First Tech Online Banking. If you subscribe to this service, please contact MSN for any support or login/password related issues.

OFX IE -2146893018 | Internet Explorer Setting TLS 1.0
We have been advised that the Internet Explorer security option to use TLS 1.0 (on the Advanced tab) results in errors in Money when trying to connect to our server. Please verify your settings and uncheck this option to avoid possible Money errors.

Bill Payment Errors
If you received an error message while sending payments to our server, you will need to delete these payments as Bill Pay via MS Money is no longer supported. To clear any remaining errors and cached payments/transfers, try Money's crash recovery procedures. Open your Money file and go to connect as usual. Instead of clicking 'connect,' simultaneously hold down the CTRL + SHIFT keys and click CANCEL. From here, delete any transactions listed to be sent on the next call. Now, try your true connection.

Error Message "The server does not support the BANKMSGSRQV1 request... "
To correct your issues, please attempt the following: make a backup copy of your file, and then disable online services and re-enable. After completion, try to connect again. If you experience any further issues, please let us know.
