Reinstated previous Online Banking system On March 22, 2010, we launched our new Online Banking system. Although many of you experienced how cool it is, many more of you experienced login difficulties. These difficulties were due to unprecedented traffic volume resulting in an abnormal number of hits to the Online Banking database.
Prior to rollout, we performed several system load tests based on historic traffic volumes; however, we experienced three times the amount of traffic as our historical peak volumes. As such, we need to make some additional system adjustments to ensure you have a consistent online experience. We know this is frustrating, so until we can make those adjustments, we’ve reinstated the previous Online Banking. Learn more.
